As a new and elderly patient I was very impressed by your genuine interest in my wellbeing and the level of support you gave me with my dental problems.  Also, I can truthfully say that your level of caring professionalism far exceeded anything that I had previously experienced, and that all of the work that has been done by you has been technically the very best I have ever received.
Thoughout all of the time that has been taken for my dental work I have never once experienced pain or discomfort – even from the initial injections, and I can truthfully say that it is my belief that my personal wellbeing has always been a focus for your attention.

As a dental checkup delinquent, I was not too surprised to learn that food getting caught at the base of a tooth was caused by a cavity. But what did surprise me was that I also had not one, two or three more, but four more cavities! Yikes! And I hate needles. Not to worry, Dr. Ian Crump and his gorgeous, happy support staff made short work of it while I was distracted with the latest James Bond movie on the ceiling. What? All done? My calendar is marked for a checkup in 12 months.

Ian is a great dentist, Not only does he inform of what he’s doing, he also humours me and it’s a good experience rather then something I used to dread.  The apple juice and warm towel is reminiscent of aircraft travel. (1st class) and that was a great surprise.  The energy of the place is high and the staff warm and friendly.  Being in the health industry myself I relise the importance of having no amalgams in my mouth. Thank you and keep up the good work.
