Sunshine Coast Business Awards Winners

Avenue Dental was also named a finalist in the Sunshine Coast Business Awards for Outstanding Customer Service and Engagement.

Dr Eli Burger, from Avenue Dental, said in his acceptance speech,

“Who said dentistry wasn’t fun? Thank you so much to the Sunshine Coast Business Awards and to the judges. In the service industry, if you don’t have great people you don’t have great service. At Avenue Dental we have a fantastic team that we absolutely believe in and a really strong set of values that we all try to live by every single day.”

We feel this award is a great recognition for all the hard work that our amazing team do on a daily basis. We are fortunate to have a great team, all working towards our purpose, and this Sunshine Coast Business Award is all about them. We want to thank each and every one of you for your efforts – you deserve this award.

The 2015 Sunshine Coast Business Awards had 27 winners that were selected from more than 188 finalists and the awards covered a range of areas including business, tourism, individual as well as excellence awards in specific aspects of business. The Sunshine Coast Council was the major sponsor of the event with other sponsors including Tourism Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Private Hospital, University of the Sunshine Coast, and the Sunshine Coast Chambers Alliance.

Sunshine Coast Mayor, Mark Jamieson said of the event,

“Once again it is fantastic to see firsthand the high calibre, innovative and progressive business community we have here on our Sunshine Coast. It is inspiring and rewarding to hear the stories of each of the finalists and award winners, for them it is a very significant achievement to be here and receive the accolades they deserve.”
