Hi! My name is Jade D and I am the Practice Manager at Avenue Dental Maroochydore!

As the Practice Manager at Avenue Dental Maroochydore, located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast region, I am dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both our patients and our team. I joined Avenue Dental in 2020, seeking a long-term career and discovering a passion for the dental field along the way. Since then, I have had the opportunity to grow significantly, completing my Certificate III in Dental Assisting and gaining valuable experience as a dental receptionist and assistant.

In my current role, I collaborate closely with our Principal Dentist, Dr. Johan Weemaes, to ensure that our practice operates smoothly and upholds the highest standards of care. Together, we focus on creating efficient workflows, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing the patient experience through a commitment to comfort and satisfaction.

What do you love most about working in the dental industry?

I am particularly passionate about mentoring our talented team of dental professionals, helping each member reach their full potential while cultivating a friendly and collaborative workplace culture.

Outside of work you’ll find me:  I enjoy staying active, starting each day with a workout followed by a relaxing coffee. I also value the strong friendships I’ve built and take joy in nurturing those important connections.
