At Avenue Dental we are passionate about supporting our local charities and groups of the Sunshine Coast and North Lakes through our “Supporting Locals” program.
From time to time, we will run a program where we three local Sunshine Coast charities or community groups to donate to. Patients from our Caloundra, Kawana, Maroochydore, Bli Bli, North Lakes, Baringa and Sippy Downs dental practices nominate these charities. Each patient that has an appointment at our dental practices receives a “tooth token” to vote on the Sunshine Coast or North Lakes charity they wish to support. At the end of the 8 weeks the tooth tokens are counted.
All of the local Sunshine Coast and North Lakes charities receive a donation: 1st place receives $250, 2nd place $150 and 3rd place $100. To date we have donated over $8000 to the “Supporting Locals” program helping worthy Sunshine Coast and North Lakes charities and community groups.
