Hello! My name is Madi, and I am Dental Receptionist at Avenue Dental Caloundra!

I am one of the very friendly faces you will find at the front desk here at Avenue Dental Caloundra. I joined the team in May of 2023, bringing 5 years of administration experience with me and 3 years of customer service experience. At Avenue Dental Caloundra, I’m dedicated to helping people feel confident in sharing their smiles.

Whether it’s answering your questions, scheduling appointments, or ensuring you have a positive experience, my goal is to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I’m proud to be part of such a fantastic team at our Caloundra practice, where we all work together seamlessly to provide the highest standard of dental care

What do you love most about working in the dental industry?

The thoughtful, personalized attention each team member provides plays a huge role in helping every patient feel cared for and at ease

Outside of work you’ll find me: Outside of work you would find me walking along all the beautiful beaches on the Sunshine Coast with my partner and two dogs. I love being at the beach with my dogs, enjoying the sun and spending time with my friends. I also love to read a good book in my spare time.
