Kia Ora! (hello!)
My name is Pania, I’m originally from New Zealand but moved to the Sunshine Coast when I was 9. I have lived on the coast pretty much my whole life and have always felt super grateful that I get to call it my 2nd home.
You can usually find me at our Maroochydore practice in reception or working alongside our Hygienist Eloise.
I have been fortunate enough to be trained in both reception and clinical, which has been super helpful for knowing what happens on both sides of the practice.
I get asked all the time which one I prefer more and I honestly like both of them the same. They are equally just as fun to work and there’s never really a day where I don’t learn something. There truly isn’t anything we can’t do here at Maroochydore. We are Lucky enough to have 7 amazing dentists and not just 1 but 3 Hygienists. We have Dr Johan who is an Implant specialist and the co-owner/principal dentist here at ADM. We also have Dr Rita and Dr Brendan who are both Invisalign specialist’s. Our team is constantly evolving and growing and I’m always thrilled to be a part of it.
I am super passionate about providing great oral health outcomes for all of our patients and making sure their dental experience was amazing.
I’m also passionate about our team. I feel so lucky to be able to work alongside everyone here. I genuinely get excited going into work and seeing everyone. I feel our Core Values we have learnt through work have not only shaped us professionally but have also help change the way we think in our personal life which I will forever be grateful for.
