Hello! My name is Bella and I am the Practice Manager at our Caloundra Clinic. 

When I initially joined the Avenue Dental team in 2021, I had no prior dental experience and was eagerly searching for my forever job.

My time here has proven to be a remarkable period of personal and professional growth. I’ve undergone cross training as a dental assistant and dental receptionist, obtained my Cert 3 in dental assisting, and had the opportunity of working alongside our Oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

Two years into my journey, I embraced the role of Clinical Coordinator, where I discovered my passion for nurturing the development of others. Leading our Caloundra team today fills me with immense pride, as I have the privilege of working alongside a remarkable group of individuals. I absolutely love supporting and mentoring my team! Together, we work diligently every day to ensure our patients feel secure and cared for, all while transforming smiles. It’s an incredibly rewarding job.

What do you love most about working in the dental industry?

I’m proud that my role helps ensure patients receive the highest quality care. Knowing my efforts contribute to healthier, happier smiles is incredibly satisfying.

Outside of work you’ll find me : When I’m not at work you will find me fishing and camping with my partner soaking up the sunshine or spending time with my family.
