After finishing school Ernesto embarked on the path towards his dream career. Following this call, he was once again drawn close to the ocean and studied a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Masters of Dentistry at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
His career as a dentist has brought him to be principal dentist of Avenue Dental Woolloongabba in the heart of Brisbane. Whether it be hiking in the hinterlands or rainforests, playing a game of tennis with friends, dancing to his favourite Latin music or catching waves and rays from the golden beaches, Queensland and Woolloongabba offers the perfect home for Ernesto and his family.
Ernesto was inspired to become a dentist after completing work experience with his Aunt who’s an orthodontist in Venezuela. He admired the way she was able to help her patients to transform their confidence through her work.
Ernesto has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery and orthodontics. He is determined that you will look and feel your best.
He is committed to providing a patient-centred approach and feels privileged to have the opportunity to work alongside his patients to achieve their goals. Ernesto maintains a strong connection to his South American roots and is dedicated to giving back to the Latin American community. He speaks both Spanish and English and is passionate about ensuring the patients in his care feel comfortable and confident.
