Dr Kayla Charest and Dentistry
Kayla was born and raised in Alberta Canada where she spent most of her free time hiking and snowboarding. Kayla obtained an Honours Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Western University in London Ontario before moving to Australia to study Dentistry. Throughout her years of experience treating patients in public practices across southeast Queensland and Northern NSW, Kayla has become passionate about changing patients’ perspectives of dentists.
Kayla enjoys all areas of general dentistry but has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, smile makeovers, and full mouth rehabilitation.
Kayla is always eager to learn and grow both in her personal and professional life. She is committed to advancing and perfecting her skills through continual professional development and staying up to date with the latest techniques and technology to provide her patients with the best results possible.
Outside of dentistry, Kayla likes to maintain an active lifestyle either training at the gym, running on the beach or at a Pilates class. She also enjoys spending time outside in nature, listening to podcasts and exploring the beautiful beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
