Hi my name is Hutcho!
As the Marketing + Brand Manager, I am privileged to work alongside the group of talented professionals who are dedicated to revolutionising the dental industry and improving the lives of our patients.

I have been working at Avenue Dental since 2014.
I started working at Avenue Dental Caloundra as a receptionist after years of dental assisting. Over the years I was learning, growing and thriving in this role and pathways opened for me to further my career. The team soon realised that I was very successful in my own social media accounts and had a knack for creative process/marketing. I was up-skilled and provided with courses and resources to successfully train to do social media for all our locations in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. This then grew into a marketing diploma with a creative course added into basic graphic design.
During this time I was still working on reception in a leadership role, helping to develop our reception team members. I realised how much I loved supporting people and guiding them that Avenue Dental further developed me to learn about the practice manager role.

At the end of 2020 I stepped away from practice management as our growing group of practices required more time for marketing and creative. Since then I have been full time Marketing + Brand Manager for all our dental practices and heavily involved in the interior design + aesthetics of our new practices.

Our success as a dental group stems not only from our exceptional clinical expertise but also from the supportive and inclusive environment we have cultivated. Outside of work you will find me at many of our amazing beaches on the Sunshine Coast. I thoroughly enjoy anything creative, painting/sewing/crafts/photography etc, it fills my love bucket! I have a little side passion project of photography which is thriving and often leads me to travel all around capturing incredible photos!
