Hi I’m Kala. I started dental assisting in 2007 while I was still at school. Since then I have worked in all areas of dental including oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and general dentistry. I have been with the Avenue Dental team since 2016. I started at Avenue Dental Caloundra but have recently moved to the Maroochydore practice for a new role as Practice Manager.
Although I am no longer in the dental rooms, I still get to see patients everyday while I’m on reception. It’s very rewarding seeing how happy our patients are with their new smiles.
I am very lucky to work with such a fun, positive and caring team. When I’m not at work, I am usually out enjoying the sunshine whenever possible!
