Hi my name is Kayla, and I am the Practice Manager at Avenue Dental Sippy Downs.

I’ve had the privilege of working at Avenue Dental Sippy Downs since 2021. In my time here, I’ve developed a deep passion for patient care, ensuring that each person who walks through our doors feels comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. I take pride in helping patients achieve their dream smile, knowing that I’ve played a role in improving their confidence and well-being.

Since joining the team, I have immersed myself in every aspect of the practice. My journey began with reception and assisting, followed by gaining expertise in the sterilization of instruments and lab work. I also spent time as a clinical coordinator, ensuring smooth operations in the clinic before transitioning into my current role as practice manager. This comprehensive experience has given me valuable insights into both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice, enabling me to provide holistic support to our team and patients.

What do you love most about working in the dental industry?

I love helping people. I’m truly excited about the future, both in continuing to support the growth of Avenue Dental and in developing my own skills to contribute even more to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our patients.

Outside of work you’ll find me:  Outside of work, I value quality time with loved ones, often enjoying time at the beach with my partner or catching up with friends and family
