Hi I’m Meg.
I started my journey with Avenue Dental in 2020 after deciding to leave hospitality for something more fulfilling. I always wanted to positively impact peoples lives and found my way to Avenue. I started on reception at our Maroochydore and caloundra practice before moving to our Baringa practice once it was up and running. From reception, I then worked my way into the clinical rooms and am now studying certificate III in dental assisting! 

Most of the time you can find me in the clinical rooms assisting alongside Dr Greg Fine. I loves assisting for all treatments however has a special love for surgical extractions! What I love about working alongside all the dentists at our Baringa practice is the quality of patient care they deliver and the extensive range of treatments for they offer- everything from scale and cleans, fillings and full examinations to more complex treatment like full smile makeovers, implants and IV Sedation for Wisdom Teeth removal and nervous patients. 

I love positively helping the local communities in the Sunshine Coast including Banya, Baringa, Nirimba, Little Mountain to Pelican Waters, Caloundra West and Golden Beach through transforming their smiles and giving them the best ever dental experience. I understands that’s dentists can be a daunting place to go and love to help makes patients feel at ease during their dental procedure. 

I grew up in Yeppoon in Central Queensland for almost my whole life, once I visited the Sunshine Coast in late 2018 and instantly fell in love with the lifestyle and the beautiful scenery. I moved less than 4 months later at the start of 2019 after knowing it was the place I wanted to live and explore. When I’m not at work you can find me living a fairly active lifestyle. From swimming at the local beaches near Warana or Currumundi Lake, exploring near by waterfalls, being outside in the sun, going to gym to going to music festivals and having a drink and enjoying company with friends.
